Hello everyone,
This house is one of our favourite places to stay on crete if around agios nikolaos, the location itself is very good, all the best beaches around 5-10 minutes to drive .
The house is big inside , it has 3 bedrooms , very very good for families, also it has two bathrooms, Wich is also very comfortable, especially for families.
Mr Manos is a very polite guy and is always ready to help.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's Apartment! Everything was perfect, the communication was very easy, everything was clean, the equipment was also perfect (washing machine, dishwasher, fast internet). There was even some Toast, ham, cheese, water & wine waiting for us.
Very nice and modern furnishings, everything decorated with love.
Thank you very much, we'll come back again!

☺The apartment was pleasantly stocked, modern and extremely clean. I also have to mention that the hosts are exceptional. We rented the apartment with the private pool which I highly recommend. A great way to refresh after a beach day. Luckily we had a car , while the town is only a 5 to 10 drive, I do not advise walking.
Thank you to the hosts of Ria Oasis for everything.

☹Nothing

Enjoyable stay in beautiful villa.

☺The outdoor space was amazing and we spent a lot of time there.
The outdoor kitchen and bbq were well equipped; there was even a bar fridge.
The villa was very clean and comfortable and well equipped.
There was plenty of kid friendly stuff - toys, crib, high chair, etc.
A couple of small issues were promptly dealt with.

☹The road up to the villa was unexpectedly narrow and unwalkable; although still close to the main town by car.
